Mason Goche - Owner

Starting as the first mate and cook on the family fishing boat, Mason always had a knack for flavor. A quick, nourishing meal was always hard to come by on the boat, but the smoked salmon quesadilla fit the bill. When his sister Leah, who happens to have Down’s syndrome, suggested he try selling her Albacore quesadilla, he knew he could make it into a hit. By combining influences of Baja cuisine with family-inspired recipes, Mason began selling the Killa Dilla in downtown Eugene, Oregon.

With perennial food cart locations in Eugene and Portland, Mason now takes the Killa Dilla to events all over the country, congregating where hungry people have need. Especially music festivals.
